How is everyone doing?

Soba noodles are purchased from contract farmers in hulled form, milled and handmade at the restaurant. We take the time and effort to bring out the best flavor in our soba dishes. Three types of soba noodles are available: fine ground seiro, rough ground rustic, and thick cut.
